Coerver® Colorado’s Benchmark Skills Assessments

tX Games is Coerver® Colorado’s benchmark skills assessment system, designed to track your child’s development and provide actionable insights throughout our various programs. At designated points during each camp or program, players complete tX Games assessments, producing a detailed stat line that highlights technical attributes and performance metrics. This gives parents and players clear feedback on strengths, areas for growth, and specific skills to focus on, while giving coaches the information they need to tailor sessions to each player’s needs.

Each player also receives a Player Profile, which helps track progress over time, set new goals, and better understand how they fit within their group.

The profile includes:

Stats

Heat-mapped stat lines from each assessment, showing strengths (green) and areas for improvement (red). Parents can compare their child’s performance within their group, across age groups, and across sessions.

Scorecards

Track juggling scores and 1v1 points from each session, motivating players and showing weekly progress.

Charts

Visual representations of a player’s progress over time, showing technical scores for dribbling control, shot power, and pass accuracy. Each chart compares performance with the dominant and weak foot, giving a clear picture of strengths, areas for improvement, and overall development throughout the program.

Awards

Badges earned for achievements across programs like Summer Camps, Performance Academy, T.E.A.M.S, and more.

tX Games not only help players see where they excel and where they can improve but also gives coaches the data needed to create smarter, more engaging groups and training sessions.

By using this system, your child receives a clear roadmap for improvement, measurable progress, and the confidence to continue developing their game.

How tX Games Data Points are Collected

Players complete tX Games assessments at designated points during camps and programs. Each assessment records performance in real-time during drills and small-sided games, producing a detailed “stat line” that quantifies their abilities. For longer programs, multiple assessments track progress over time, creating a timeline of improvement.

What We Do With the tX Games Data

For Players & Parents: tX Games provides actionable feedback, showing strengths, areas for growth, and specific skills to focus on. It helps players set goals and monitor progress week by week.

For Coaches: The data informs session planning, allowing coaches to tailor drills and training to target areas needing improvement.

For Program Administration: tX Games helps align players of similar skill levels, enhancing group dynamics and ensuring a more engaging and appropriate learning environment.

Why It Matters

tX Games turn subjective observation into objective data, giving players, parents, and coaches a clear understanding of development over time. Players gain confidence as they see measurable improvement, parents can track progress and skill growth, and coaches can deliver more personalized, effective instruction. It also allows for comparisons within groups, across age levels, and between sessions, creating a comprehensive view of a player’s journey and ensuring each athlete maximizes their potential.
